Processing of personal data

You hereby grant your consent to the Collegium Marianum Foundation at the Community of the Týn School of Our Lady in Prague, located at Vodičkova 700/32, 110 00, Prague 1 - Nové Město, ID No.: 44850981, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No.101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"):

name and surname
e-mail address
home address
telephone number

This personal data must be processed for the purpose of membership in the Collegium club! This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 10 years. The controller may also use these contacts to send marketing communications about its activities, the IMF Summer Festivals of Early Music concerts and the Baroque Evenings concert series.

You give your express consent to the above processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email to info@collegiummarianum.cz or a letter to the company's contact details.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Controller by other providers of processing software, services and applications.

The Collegium Marianum Foundation at the Community of the Týn School of Our Lady in Prague is a co-organiser of the IMF Summer Festival of Early Music.

Please note that according to the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
withdraw your consent at any time;
request information from us about what personal data we process about you;
request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data;
request access to and have your personal data updated or corrected by us;
request that we delete your personal data;
and contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations.
